Manager - Housekeeping (Finance)

A Housekeeping Manager is responsible for managing daily Housekeeping operations in the hotel's effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

What will I be doing?

As a Housekeeping Manager, you will manage daily Housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness, service, and product quality standards of guest rooms, public spaces, restrooms, offices, and banquet/meeting/conference rooms. Your responsibilities include:

• Ensuring rooms are cleaned and available to guests promptly and efficiently.
• Managing systems use, cost controls, overall profitability, budgeting, forecasting, policy implementation, and meeting facilitation.
• Monitoring and developing team member performance through supervision, counseling, evaluations, and recognition.
• Overseeing and conducting room inspections.
• Recruiting, interviewing, and training team members.
