Job summary

Piedmont Athens Regional Hospital is seeking an experienced Manager to lead clinical operations at the Athens location under the Home Health Director's supervision. You will oversee skilled nurses, therapists, social workers and aides to ensure compliant, high-quality patient care.

In this role you will ensure staff adherence to laws, agency policies and service standards while cultivating strong relationships with the community and other professionals to support Piedmont's mission and patient

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Nursing Program required.
• 5 years of clinical experience, with at least 2 years recent in home health.
• 2 years of progressive management experience (7 years total) preferably in home health.
• RN - Georgia state licensure or NLC/eNCL Multistate License required at hire.
• Valid Georgia driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• The Manager is responsible for planning, organizing and supervising clinical operations at the assigned location under the direct supervision of the Home Health Director.
• Ensures that Associates provide service and function in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, agency and company policies and service standards.
• Cultivates strong relationships with the community and other professionals in alignment with agency goals.

Responsibilities

The Manager is responsible for planning, organizing and supervising clinical operations at the assigned location under the direct supervision of the Home Health Director. The Manager ensures that all Associates, including skilled nurses, therapists, social workers and home health aides, provide service and function in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations as well as agency and company philosophy, policies and service standards. The Manager also cultivates strong relationships with the community, other professions and key influencers in conjunction with agency and company goals.

Qualifications

Education

• Graduate of a Nursing Program Required

Work Experience

• 5 years of clinical experience, two of which must be recent in home health Required and
• 2 years of progressive management experience (7 years total), preferably in home health, which could include back office operations of home health quality management, staff orientation and education, patient intake, scheduling and staff management, or supervision Required

Licenses and Certifications

• RN - Registered Nurse - Georgia State Licensure and/or NLC/eNCL Multistate Licensure Current License in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or NLC/eNCL Multistate License Upon Hire Required and
• DL NUMBER - Driver License, Valid and in State Valid Georgia Driver's license Upon Hire Required
