• Lead and oversee daily operations of the Histocompatibility Laboratory
• Supervise and mentor a team of laboratory professionals and shift leads
• Collaborate closely with laboratory and medical directors
• Monitor quality metrics, performance standards, and regulatory compliance
• Manage departmental budgets, staffing, scheduling, and payroll oversight
• Conduct performance evaluations and support staff development

Requirements
