Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in analytics, information management, CS, business or healthcare administration, or equivalent.
• 6+ years leading analytics, BI, data governance or data strategy initiatives.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience managing analytics or technology professionals.
• Experience partnering with stakeholders to translate needs into analytics solutions.
• Strong data management principles, governance practices, and enterprise analytics delivery.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with data engineers and tech teams.
• Ability to set priorities and drive execution across multiple domains.
• Broad business knowledge to align analytics with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead Operational Analytics and Data Governance teams to high performance.
• Partner with business leaders and data teams to translate priorities into analytics solutions.
• Advance from traditional reporting to a domain-owned data product model on a lakehouse platform.
• Develop roadmaps, intake processes, prioritization, and governance standards.
• Champion data governance: quality, metadata, lineage, access controls, stewardship with Unity Catalog.
• Support AI governance with transparency, compliance and responsible AI usage.
• Lead adoption of self-service analytics, automation, and standardized metrics.
• Contribute to analytics vision through cross-functional collaboration with senior leaders.
• Manage team performance, development, budgeting, and engagement.
