Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 3+ years’ experience in data analysis, or managing/analyzing data for government programs with healthcare data.
• Proficiency in SQL and data analytics.
• Experience with healthcare data such as claims, CMS files, EDGE response files; familiarity with risk adjustment data.
• Strong communication with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Azure DataBricks and visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze healthcare claims, pharmacy, lab, and Risk Adjustment submissions data to evaluate intervention and program performance.
• Develop, maintain, and present reports that measure intervention ROI, risk score impact, and revenue impact.
• Partner with internal teams to support analytics needs, reporting enhancements, and issue resolution.
• Stay current on analytics trends, Risk Adjustment topics, and regulatory considerations; recommend process improvements.
• Provide analytic solutions on ad‑hoc requests with minimal oversight.
