COMPENSATION

Guaranteed $15/hour + tips

Plus commission earning potential that allows established barbers and stylists to earn approximately $25-35+ per hour based on performance and clientele.

This is an opportunity to grow your income as you grow your book of business.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Roosters Manager, you won't just manage the salon - you'll help create an environment where both the team and the business can thrive.

You'll:

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for someone who:

• Has barbering or cosmetology experience
• Holds a current Tennessee Barber or Cosmetology License
• Has strong communication and leadership skills
• Enjoys working with and developing a team
• Understands the importance of excellent customer service
• Is dependable, professional, and motivated
• Wants to continue growing both professionally and financially

Previous management experience is preferred, but we're also interested in experienced professionals who are ready to take the next step into leadership.
