Job summary

Roosters Men’s Grooming Center in Brentwood, Tennessee is seeking an experienced barber, stylist, or salon professional to grow their career, lead a team, and expand their client base in a premium men’s grooming environment.

As a Roosters Manager you’ll provide grooming services, coach your team, drive guest experiences, and maintain high standards while growing revenue and loyalty.

• Has barbering or cosmetology experience.
• Holds a current Tennessee Barber or Cosmetology License.

COMPENSATION

Guaranteed $15/hour + tips

Plus commission earning potential that allows established barbers and stylists to earn approximately $25–$35+ per hour based on performance and clientele.

This is an opportunity to grow your income as you grow your book of business.
