COMPENSATION

Guaranteed $15/hour + tips

Plus commission earning potential that allows established barbers and stylists to earn approximately $25-$35+ per hour based on performance and clientele.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Roosters Barber/Stylist, you'll provide high-quality grooming services while creating an experience that keeps guests coming back.

You'll:

• Provide men's haircuts, styling, beard trims, and grooming services
• Deliver excellent customer service from consultation to finished look

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for someone who:

• Holds a current Tennessee Barber or Cosmetology License
• Has experience cutting and styling hair
• Is comfortable with men's grooming services
• Is dependable, professional, and motivated
• Has strong communication and customer service skills
• Enjoys building relationships with clients
• Wants to continue learning and improving their craft
• Is motivated to grow both their clientele and earning potential
• Experience with fades, clipper cuts, beard grooming, and men's styling is a plus.
