Responsibilities

Kforce's client in Morristown, NJ is seeking an experienced Manager, Government Pricing to oversee government pricing, rebate calculations, compliance, and related analytics within a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment. This individual will serve as a key resource for government program requirements, pricing methodologies, reporting, and process improvement. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with government pricing and rebate programs, excellent analytical skills, and a strong understanding of applicable regulations and compliance requirements. Responsibilities:

• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual government pricing and rebate calculations, including programs such as AMP, Best Price, ASP, NFAMP, PHS, IFF, TRICARE, FCP, IRA Part D Inflation, and Manufacturer Discount Program
• Maintain and update government pricing methodologies, standard operating procedures, assumptions, and processes to align with current federal statutes and regulations
• Perform trend analysis, benchmarking, and other analytics to support pricing and rebate calculations
• Prepare financial and analytical reporting for senior management related to pricing changes, product and contract negotiations, and legislative or regulatory changes that may impact revenue
• Perform system reconciliations between pricing/revenue management systems and financial or contracting platforms
• Support tracking and submission of state transparency requirements and related reports

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in government pricing, government rebates, or a related pharmaceutical pricing/compliance function
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Strong understanding of government programs, pricing requirements, and compliance
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
• Experience working with financial, pricing, rebate, or contract management systems

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
