Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related fields.
  • 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, channel marketing focus.
  • Experience with global marketing plans, programs and campaigns in IT or enterprise collaboration.
  • Experience in two-tier distribution models.
  • Familiarity with AV/IT convergence and collaboration tech.
  • Proficiency with CRM, PRM, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication with cross-functional PM capabilities.

Overview

In your role as Manager, Global Marketing (IT Channel Enablement), you will partner with Global Marketing, Strategic Alliances, regional sales and marketing teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to support and operationalize global IT channel enablement initiatives. You will contribute to the development of scalable programs, tools, and processes that help regional teams engage, enable, and grow channel partners while promoting alignment, consistency, and sharing of best practices.

This role is hybrid or remote, based out of our Niles, IL location.

Responsibilities
  • Supports the execution of global IT channel enablement program frameworks, including planning activities, program guidance for deployment, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Partners with Strategic Alliances, regional marketing and sales teams to support launch readiness, program adoption, best practice sharing, and the adaptation of global initiatives to regional market needs and opportunities.
  • Coordinates the development, distribution, and ongoing maintenance of partner-facing assets, communications, enablement resources, toolkits, and portal content to support regional teams with partner engagement.
  • Analyzes partner engagement, activation, training participation, and enablement performance across regions; collaborates with stakeholders to identify insights, share learnings, and recommend opportunities to enhance program effectiveness.
  • Collaborates with Global Marketing, Product Management, Sales Enablement, Shared Services and Regional Sales and Marketing teams to align priorities, support cross-functional initiatives, and facilitate effective stakeholder communication.
  • Supports annual and quarterly planning activities, including program reporting, project tracking, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Ensures the faithful execution of the Shure Brand Guidelines in all communication materials.
  • Involved in internal Global Marketing organization activities as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related fields
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in B2B marketing, focused on channel marketing
  • Proven track record of developing and executing global marketing plans, programs and campaigns in IT or enterprise collaboration markets.
  • Experience working with or within a two-tier distribution model.
  • Strong familiarity with Audio/Visual and Information Technology (AV/IT) convergence and collaboration technologies.
  • Demonstrated experience building co-marketing content and enablement assets for distributors and resellers.
  • Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Partner Relationship Management (PRM), and marketing automation platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong cross-functional project management capabilities.

PAY TRANSPARENCY

Shure offers a competitive compensation structure that is reviewed annually to attract, hire, and retain the industry's top talent. Base salaries vary based on qualifications, geography, experience, and expertise in each respective discipline. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base salary for the opportunity. The base salary for this position ranges from $103,900 to $176,700 with a midpoint target. This position may also be eligible for our incentive pay program, which varies based on individual and Company performance in the year. If your salary expectations do not align, still apply as we are often flexible on the seniority of posted positions. All positions also include an award-winning benefits package.
