Our Cardiovascular team develops leading solutions for heart recovery, electrophysiology, and stroke. You will join a proud heritage of continually elevating standards of care for stroke, heart failure, and atrial fibrillation (AFib) patients.

The Manager, Global Education, is responsible for executing the learning strategy across regional Professional and Commercial Education teams to build proficiency related to the sale and clinical utilization of JJMT Electrophysiology hardware and software. This role involves collaboration across global and regional teams to develop education supporting NPI and new employee training, ensuring consistency and leveraging best practices.

Responsibilities include:

• Partnering with product and marketing teams to translate strategies into effective education experiences.
• Collaborating on launch training strategies and curriculum development.
• Maintaining global consistency in education delivery and content management.
• Designing and applying educational content from various sources.
• Facilitating product training and Train the Trainer activities.
• Measuring training effectiveness and managing project budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 3 years of experience in medical device or related fields, specifically in electrophysiology or learning and development.
• Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with regional education deployment, OUS markets, or medical sales/marketing.
• Instructional design certification or curriculum development experience.
• Knowledge of Learning Management Systems and adult learning principles.

Physical & Travel Requirements

• Office work with occasional lifting up to 30 lbs.
• Travel up to 25% for global activities.

The base pay range for this position is $100,000 to $172,500.
