What you will do
Serve as the senior global functional owner and strategic lead for Global Deliver digital capabilities, setting the multi-year capability roadmap and translating supply chain business needs into well-designed, standardized digital solutions that scale across NA, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM. The role blends deep supply chain / Deliver process knowledge with strong process design discipline and enterprise-level influence — unifying fragmented, manual ways of working into scalable, data-driven capabilities, shaping investment trade-offs in enterprise governance forums, and building the team and operating model that sustains adoption and value realization. Acts as a trusted advisor to Global Deliver leadership and the connective tissue between the business, enterprise digital partners (T&D and D&A), and regional stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Roadmap Ownership
- Own and evolve the multi-year Global Deliver digital capability roadmap, aligning capability investment with functional strategy and regional priorities.
- Co-own the Deliver capability roadmap with T&D and D&A; shape prioritization, funding, and standardization-vs-customization trade-offs to maximize enterprise value.
- Represent Global Deliver in enterprise and functional governance forums (Digital Council, Global Deliver Digital Steering, Regional Value Forums), influencing decisions at the executive level.
Process Design & Standardization
- Partner with the GPO and regional BPOs to map current-state Deliver / Order-to-Cash and Cost-to-Serve processes, surfacing pain points, hand-offs, and non-value-add steps, and facilitating the design of harmonized, scalable target-state processes.
- Support the authorship of Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) — partnering with GPO/BPO and solution owners — and own the ongoing maintenance of BRDs, standardized deployment playbooks, and SOPs for priority capabilities such as Cost-to-Serve, KONNECT Shipment Tracker, Load Optimization, and OTIF-D.
- Set SCOR-aligned Deliver process standards (L3-L5) that are globally consistent yet flexible to regional nuance, securing harmonized agreement between Regional BPO and GPO stakeholders.
Digital Capability Deployment & Scaling
- Deliver regional roll-out milestones for priority capabilities — Cost-to-Serve (CTS: CTR/CTD), KONNECT Shipment Tracker, Load Optimization, and OTIF-D — with regional stakeholders.
- Establish clear ownership and accountability across regions; conduct quarterly adoption and readiness reviews to drive ≥90% sustained adoption.
- Act as Global Program Owner / functional lead across the capability lifecycle — from digital intake and BRD through UAT and go-live.
Data Quality Governance
- Implement and maintain a standardized Digital Solutions Data Quality framework; define KDE ownership, validation standards, and escalation processes.
- Monitor DTO data-quality dashboards, pilot automated monitoring, and sustain a governance cadence to reduce critical data-quality exceptions (target ≥20-30%).
Business Impact & Value Realization
- Partner with regional BPOs/GPOs and SMEs to align on and track agreed benefit targets tied to Deliver digital capabilities.
- Leverage D&A adoption reporting to socialize insights, reinforce accountability, and bring digital-savings context into Global Deliver leadership forums; escrow risks through governance channels.
AI, Analytics & Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to scale AI and analytics capabilities across regions; enable knowledge transfer and document best practices and lessons learned.
- Champion a continuous-improvement mindset, embedding process controls and KPI/SLA measurement into digital solutions.
Leadership & People Development
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of analysts and matrixed regional deployment resources; build functional capability and succession strength within the team.
- Set direction and standards of work, manage performance, and foster an inclusive, high-accountability team culture.
- Sponsor and lead Global Deliver culture, engagement, and recognition initiatives; act as a change leader driving adoption of new ways of working across regions.

- Proven strategic and program leadership — setting roadmaps, shaping investment cases, and influencing senior stakeholders in governance forums.
