Krispy Kreme in Charlotte, NC seeks a Manager, Global Consolidations to lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close for a multinational with multi ERP platforms. You will ensure data integrity in Oracle and OneStream while supporting global reporting and audits.

Krispy Kreme’s Manager, Global Consolidations is responsible for leading the monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation process for a multinational organization with subsidiaries operating across multiple ERP platforms. This role will oversee the integrity of financial data and reporting within Oracle and OneStream while supporting timely and accurate global financial reporting. The ideal candidate combines strong accounting and consolidation expertise with a solid understanding of financial systems, data structures, and reporting processes. This individual will partner closely with regional accounting teams, FP&A, and other stakeholders to support an efficient and scalable global close and reporting environment.

A TASTE OF WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual global consolidation process.
• Review and analyze consolidated financial results, including intercompany eliminations and foreign currency translation.
• Ensure the completeness and accuracy of financial data flowing from global ERP systems into Oracle and OneStream.
• Serve as the primary accounting contact for OneStream administration, system enhancements, and reporting requirements.
• Partner with IT and business stakeholders to troubleshoot data, integration, and reporting issues.
• Support acquisitions, divestitures, legal entity changes, and other restructurings impacting the consolidation process.
• Coordinate with international finance teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
• Support SEC reporting and external audit requests related to consolidations.
• Assist with the development and maintenance of consolidation-related controls and procedures.
• Support finance transformation and process improvement initiatives related to close, consolidation, and reporting activities.

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including significant consolidation experience within a multinational organization.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, consolidation accounting, intercompany eliminations, and foreign currency translation.
• Hands-on experience with OneStream and Oracle preferred.
• Experience working with multiple ERP systems and complex legal entity structures.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to effectively partner with accounting, finance, and IT teams.
• Preferred Qualifications
• Public company experience.
• Experience supporting system implementations, integrations, or finance transformation initiatives.
• Experience in a multinational organization with subsidiaries operating on multiple ERP platforms.
• Background that combines accounting expertise with financial systems knowledge.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, global environment.
