Job Summary
Responsible for managing and providing leadership to the Benefits team including effective communications, coaching, training and providing developmental opportunities. Plans, directs and controls the activities and staff involved in the development, implementation and administration of Company employee benefit programs with the goal of globalizing and harmonizing benefits, streamlining operations and introducing new offerings that eliminate waste and improve the employee experience. Administrates health and wellness programs. Reviews Company programs and investigates current trends, practices and costs. Monitors Vendor Performance against contractual agreements. Manages team which may include exempt and non-exempt employees. Serves as subject matter expert and provides guidance to employees as required. Develops processes and procedures to drive department efficiencies, assist in development and meeting of, departmental budget.Job Description
