Job summary

Associated Electric Cooperative is seeking a Manager, Gas Maintenance to lead a skilled maintenance team at our combined cycle power plant. You’ll drive maintenance strategy, outage execution, and equipment reliability to keep our plant operating safely and efficiently.

You’ll coach a high-performing team, manage maintenance schedules and budgets, oversee contractors, and lead root cause analyses to improve long-term plant performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or eight years of combined cycle power plant experience, including five years leading maintenance personnel.
• Strong knowledge of combustion turbines, rotating equipment, predictive maintenance, and power plant mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
• Experience leading maintenance planning, outages, budgeting, and contractor management.
