Woodward, Inc. is seeking an FP&A Manager to lead planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the Industrial segment.

You will coordinate timelines, deliverables, and leadership reviews to ensure disciplined execution and high-quality insights. You will partner with business units to provide financial insights, drive reporting automation with Power BI and AI initiatives, and manage a finance team focused on process improvements across finance operations.

We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager to help lead and oversee the FP&A planning and forecasting cadence for the Industrial segment, coordinating timelines, deliverables, stakeholder inputs, and leadership reviews to ensure disciplined execution and high-quality financial insights.Key Responsibilities:FP&A Planning and Forecasting Cadence: Oversees the annual planning, budgeting, and forecasting rhythm, including calendar management, milestone tracking, stakeholder coordination, deliverable quality, and leadership review preparation.Business Partnering: Partners with business units and other stakeholders to provide financial insights and support decision-making.Compliance and Risk Management: Responsible for ensuring that financial processes are compliant with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
