Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage field operations across multiple active project sites
• Oversee crews, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure productivity and compliance
• Drive project schedules to meet key milestones on time and within budget
• Uphold and enforce safety and quality standards across all job sites
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with engineering and project leadership
• Identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• Proven operational leadership experience within construction, utilities, or heavy civil sectors
• Demonstrated success managing field teams, crews, and subcontractors
