Job summary

Holland, MI based Field Operations Supervisor is a full-time, onsite role on the third shift, responsible for leading field crews, planning staff and resources, and tracking progress from planning through completion.

You will supervise crews across active projects, manage equipment, materials, and daily work requirements, monitor costs and quality, coach team members, ensure safety procedures, and maintain production records to keep projects on schedule.

Qualifications

• Previous experience supervising and leading production or field crews.
• Experience coordinating labor, equipment, materials, and project schedules.
• Background in landscaping, construction, property services, or similar field operations preferred.
• Basic Microsoft Office proficiency and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
