Lone Star College seeks a Manager, Foundation Advancement to help expand donor engagement and support philanthropy. You will work with the Director of Donor Relations to oversee donor relations programs and events, and guide strategies to increase giving across individuals, corporations, and foundations.
Responsibilities include managing employee giving logistics, budgeting basic expenditures, and cultivating donor prospects. A Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience are required.

The Manager, Foundation Advancement, in collaboration with the Director of Donor Relations, implements strategies to expand donor engagement, stewardship, and philanthropic partnerships and supports logistics on Foundation events. This position manages and assists with evaluation of programs that strengthen relationships with individuals, corporations, and foundations to increase giving and sustain long‑term support for Lone Star College initiatives.
The work is sedentary. Typically, the employee sits comfortably to do the work. There may be some walking, standing, bending, carrying of light items such as papers, books, or small parts, or driving an automobile. No special physical demands are required to perform the work.
Hiring salary range is $54,528 - $62,708.
