DRiV is seeking a highly motivated Manager, Foreign Exchange Risk Management to establish and lead the Company's enterprise‑wide Foreign Exchange (FX) Risk Management program. Reporting to the Executive Director, Risk Management, this newly created role will be responsible for designing and implementing DRiV's global FX risk management framework, developing hedging strategies, executing derivative transactions, and providing financial analysis to support business decision‑making. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing Treasury's financial risk management capabilities while supporting broader treasury initiatives including liquidity management, debt financing, banking relationships, and treasury transformation.
This is a unique opportunity to build DRiV's Foreign Exchange Risk Management program from the ground up as the Company establishes itself as an independent global enterprise. As Manager, Foreign Exchange Risk Management, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the Company's approach to managing financial market risk while partnering with senior leaders across Treasury, Finance, Accounting, Tax, and Operations. Unlike traditional FX roles focused primarily on trade execution, this position offers the opportunity to design strategy, implement governance, leverage technology, and influence enterprise‑wide financial decisions.
