Job summary

DRiV Incorporated in Skokie, IL is seeking a Manager, Foreign Exchange Risk Management to design and lead the enterprise FX risk program.

You will develop hedging strategies, execute derivatives, and partner with Treasury, Accounting, and business units to provide analysis and reporting.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Treasury, Capital Markets, Financial Risk Management, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, or FP&A.
• Experience managing foreign exchange exposures and derivative transactions.
• Strong understanding of global financial markets and hedging strategies.
• Knowledge of hedge accounting (ASC 815 or IFRS) and collaboration with Accounting.
• Experience developing financial models and executive reporting.
• Advanced Excel; familiarity with Treasury platforms (Power BI, Bloomberg, Reuters, Kyriba, FXall).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement DRiV's global FX risk management program.
• Establish policies and governance for exposure management.
• Partner with business units to identify FX exposures and reporting.
• Recommend hedging strategies and execute hedge transactions.
• Maintain derivative documentation and hedge accounting support.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly FX exposure reports.
• Support earnings guidance and disclosures related to FX.
