Villa Restaurant Group is hiring a Full Service Bartender for our 40North Group locations in Morristown, NJ. The role focuses on preparing and serving beverages, delivering exceptional guest service, and maintaining a clean bar area.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience required (full-service preferred).
• Strong knowledge of drink recipes, cocktail techniques, and bar equipment.
• Excellent guest service, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards.
• Provide exceptional guest service to bar guests, ensuring a memorable experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
• Monitor guest behavior to ensure responsible alcohol service.
• Upsell and recommend drink specials, menu items, and promotions.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Assist with opening and closing the bar as needed.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth service during busy shifts.
