Job summary

Modivcare is seeking a Field Support Specialist to assist with field investigations, observations, and provider relations to ensure compliance with standards. The role supports provider oversight, training compliance, and market initiatives, including documenting findings for leadership.

You will travel locally up to 75% within the state, schedule field work, verify service levels, and assist with Train-the-Trainer certification and CTAA/NSC standards adherence.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma required.
  • Zero or more years of experience.
  • Valid driver's license for the appropriate vehicle type.
  • Or equivalent education/experience.
  • Basic knowledge of healthcare regulations.
  • Ability to travel locally up to 75%.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Schedules field work in collaboration with organizational leadership.
  • Conducts scheduled and random visits to facilities and providers.
  • Verifies service levels and adherence to standards for drivers and vehicles.
  • Maintains Train-the-Trainer certification for Passenger Assistance.
  • Attends third-party training sessions to ensure compliance.
  • Evaluates trainer compliance with CTAA/NSC requirements.
  • Communicates findings to leadership and helps plan actions.
  • Oversees training compliance with the curriculum.
  • Supports network digitization and market initiatives.
  • May participate in special projects and travel as assigned.

This position is responsible for assisting with field investigations, observations, and provider relations activities to help ensure compliance with organizational standards and contractual requirements.

This role supports provider oversight, training compliance, and market initiatives while helping maintain high-quality transportation services. Qualifications and Requirements
  • High School Diploma required.
  • Zero (0) plus years of experience.
  • Valid driver's license for the appropriate vehicle type.
  • Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
  • Basic knowledge of healthcare regulations.
  • Basic knowledge of local road laws and regulations, with the ability to read and follow maps and/or GPS navigation.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver prescribed training content.
  • Ability to understand and follow complex instructions.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Willingness and ability to travel locally at least 75% within the assigned state.
  • Ability to safely use a hands-free mobile phone.

Salary: $19 - $21.31/hr
