Healthfirst in New York is seeking a Fleet Manager to oversee Healthfirst MU’s and cargo fleet drivers responsible for marketing vehicles across NYC, Hudson Valley and Long Island. You will guide fleet operations, ensure regulatory compliance with CMS/SDOH, and support event setup with the Community Outreach team.
The role requires coordinating deployment, monitoring driver hours, training drivers on systems, and maintaining vehicle and warehouse safety and documentation, including DMV
The Manager, Fleet is responsible for the day-to-day management and oversight of Healthfirst MU’s (Mobile Units) or Cargo Fleet Drivers, who are responsible for driving Healthfirst owned marketing vehicles utilized by our Sales Force within the NYC boroughs, Hudson Valley and Long Island. In addition, The Fleet Manager provides guidance to the Fleet backup leadership for MU, cargo, warehouse operations and various delivery activities in the absence of the Fleet Manager. The Fleet Manager also ensures our marketing locations are viable, compliant with all CMS regulations and with our internal and external Regulatory guidelines. The Fleet Manager works closely with the Community Outreach department coordinating and supporting event setup and operations.
