Job summary

The Nuclear Company is seeking a hands-on Manager, Financial Systems & ERP to own and optimize its finance systems and ERP environment, enabling scalable operations as the company grows in the nuclear and energy space.

Partnering with Accounting, FP&A, Software Engineering, and IT, you will configure tools, automate processes, and build a flexible infrastructure to support close, reporting, and fleet-scale construction services.

About the role

The Manager, Financial Systems & ERPowns The Nuclear Company's finance systems and ERP environment, responsible for selecting, configuring, and integrating the tools that support accounting, close, and financial reporting. This role partners closely with Accounting, FP&A, Software Engineering, and IT to build scalable, automated financial infrastructure that keeps pace with TNC's fleet-scale construction growth and services expansion. Serving as the technical bridge between the finance team's process needs and the underlying systems that support them, this role ensures TNC's financial operations are reliable, efficient, and positioned to scale with the company's rapid growth.

This is a hands-on technical role for someone who enjoys configuring systems, solving complex integration challenges, improving finance processes through technology, and building scalable infrastructure in a high-growth environment.
