Job summary

PVH in Austin, TX is seeking a self-starter Financial Reporting Manager to join the accounting team and report to the Director of Accounting.

You will collaborate across Finance, Legal, Investor Relations and external auditors to manage SEC reporting, prepare MD&A disclosures, and ensure US GAAP compliance for quarterly and annual filings. CPA and 5+ years SaaS/SEC experience preferred; strong attention to detail required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA required.
• 5+ years of SEC financial reporting experience, preferably with SaaS companies.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, accounting policy research and application, and SEC reporting and filing (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K).
• Experience with SEC filings and compliance with SEC and US GAAP disclosure requirements.
• Experience drafting MD&A and footnote disclosures.
• Experience managing external reporting processes.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Highest level of honesty and integrity.
• Respect confidential information and maintain proper confidence.

Overview

We are looking for a self-starter and detail‑oriented Financial Reporting Manager who will report to the Director of Accounting.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the finance and legal team to manage and prepare the company's financial reporting.
• Coordinate cross‑functionally with Accounting, Finance, Legal, and Investor Relations to prepare disclosures.
• Prepare and maintain support for all areas of external reporting, such as EPS calculations, stock‑based compensation expense, Consolidated Balance Sheet, Consolidated Income Statement, Statement of Cash Flows, and Statement of Stockholders Equity.
• Interact with external and internal auditors to provide required support and explanations in a timely manner.
• Manage equity for the company within E*Trade.
• Assist in managing month‑end close processes and the close schedule.
• Assist with the preparation and/or review of balance sheet reconciliations and perform income statement account analyses.
• Serve as the technical accounting subject matter expert and ensure all quarterly and annual reporting is compliant with applicable requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SEC financial reporting experience, preferably with SaaS companies.
