Job Description:
The Role:
The Manager, FP&A is a key contributor to the financial planning and analysis function at Heidrick & Struggles. Reporting to the Global Director, FP&A, this pivotal role involves crafting essential financial insights to formulate strategies, assist in financial planning and reporting, conduct business analysis, allocate resources and capital, and set operational goals. In addition, this role is responsible for developing management reporting including reporting to the Management Committee and to the Board of Directors, as well as to internal line management. This position will be key in facilitating recommendations and changes that drive income statement and balance sheet improvements and support key decision making.

Pay Range Guidelines for this Position:
The salary range for this position is 115,000 USD to 130,000 USD. Compensation is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience and skills. In addition to your salary, Heidrick & Struggles offers discretionary bonuses (subject to eligibility requirements) and a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, disability leave, parental leave, paid time off and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Note: we have a location-based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in other locations.
