Department OverviewThe Business Advisory Services team supports G&A resource deployment across the entire enterprise. The department supports the review and assessment of business cases as well as owns the month-end close process, plan, and projection for the functions they support. The department reports up through the CFO. This role will support the Global People function – which is tasked with managing talent, development, and other HR activities across the enterprise.
DutiesThe FP&A Manager – Global People will be part of the Business Advisory Services team within the Corporate Controller Group and will support the Global People function. The role provides financial expertise, direction, and strategic thought leadership to a global corporate function - Global People.
