The FP&A Manager will report to the Director, Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis, and will help deliver comprehensive financial analysis at 1Password. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and experience partnering with various levels of R&D organizations.

This is a remote position within the United States & Canada.

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years experience in Financial Analysis
• Expertise in Excel, including building forecasting models
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, especially in long-range planning within R&D
• Detail-oriented, self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and data storytelling
• Experience with finance tools (NetSuite, Anaplan, Charthop)

What You Can Expect

• Support FP&A activities including monthly reporting, variance analysis, and forecasting
• Produce reports on key metrics and financial results for stakeholders
• Assist in budgeting and quarterly forecasts, collaborating with internal teams
• Prepare materials for investor and executive discussions
• Reconcile data across forecasting tools
• Define and monitor KPIs for R&D efficiency and costs
• Partner with R&D to guide strategic decisions and planning
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies (GAAP)
• Support process and tool improvements

Compensation varies by location: USD $115,000 - $155,000 or CAD $98,000 - $132,000, with benefits, equity, and incentives included.
