Baker Tilly is seeking a Manager for the Financial Advisory Services (FAS) team in the United States. The role focuses on improving financial reporting processes, advisory services, and transaction support for middle-market clients.

You will lead engagements, mentor staff, and interact with senior client personnel. Successful candidates bring 5+ years in a large accounting firm, CPAs or CMA preferred, and strong analytics using Power BI/Tableau with advanced Excel skills.

Competenze

• 5+ years' experience in a large accounting firm in audit or financial advisory service line.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field.
• CPA or CMA preferred; strong Power BI and/or Tableau skills.
• Knowledge of US GAAP/IFRS and data analytics capabilities.

• Participate in engagements across US GAAP Advisory, analytics, and transaction support.
• Lead, supervise and train staff; interact with senior managers and partners.
• Develop client relationships and identify opportunities for firm services.
• Demonstrate strong analytical, modeling, and Excel skills for financial analysis.
