THE IMPACT YOU CAN HAVE:

The Facilities Program Manager oversees the planning, implementation, and management of facilities-related programs and projects. This role ensures that all facility operations are aligned with organizational goals and regulatory standards, including maintenance, construction, renovations, sustainability initiatives, and vendor management. Additionally, this role will be involved in developing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive business continuity and disaster response plans focused on facilities operations to ensure organizational resilience by minimizing risk and disruption to physical infrastructure and operations during and after emergencies, natural disasters, and unplanned events.

YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH THESE GOALS BY:

  • Develop, implement, and manage facilities programs across multiple sites and departments.
  • Oversee invoice payments; negotiate pricing for supplies, labor, etc. with all vendors in a partnership with Procurement.
  • Responsible for the management of all costs under the repairs and maintenance, janitorial, trash removal, storage expense, recurring expense, fixtures and capitalized maintenance budgets.
  • Maintains relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure good, reliable sources of Retail Support information.
  • Evaluates the performance of vendors and recommends contract renewals.
  • To manage the annual formalized bidding process to ensure cost evaluations and quality assurance.
  • Participate in preventive maintenance and repair strategies to ensure operational efficiency and safety.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including OSHA, ADA, fire, and building codes.
  • Develop and manage facilities-related business continuity and disaster recovery strategies to ensure continuity of critical operations.
  • Collaborate with Facilities, IT, Loss Prevention, Environmental Health & Safety, and Senior leadership to align continuity plans with enterprise-wide strategies
  • Serve as the primary point of contact during facility-related emergencies or incidents.
  • Lead the development and regular testing of emergency response, evacuation, and recovery plans specific to physical assets.
  • Coordinate and support facility readiness during incidents such as power outages, weather events, pandemics, or supply chain disruptions.
  • Evaluate facility systems (HVAC, power, fire safety, security, etc.) to ensure redundancy and continuity during disruptions.
  • Create and maintain documentation, including playbooks, contingency plans, and recovery procedures.
  • Serve as the point of contact during facilities-related crises or emergencies, providing direction and updates to stakeholders.
  • Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal regulations regarding safety and emergency preparedness.
  • Continuously improve continuity plans through after-action reviews and lessons learned.

THE ESSENTIALS FOR SUCCESS:

  • Bachelor's degree, and/or 7-10 years of Facilities/Retail Management experience
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational and influencing skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong process improvement and project management skills
  • Ability to gather, evaluate and summarize data
  • Exceptional financial acumen
  • Excel and PowerPoint skills required, knowledge of Access a plus

The pay range for this position is $88,200.00 - $103,000.00 / Year with the opportunity for eligible associates to earn additional compensation pursuant to the Company’s bonus plan. Exact pay will be based on factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, level, shift, geographic location, and business and organizational needs. Full-time positions are eligible for paid time off, health, dental, vision, life and disability benefits. Part-time positions are eligible for dental, vision, life, and disability benefits.
