The Brownsville Independent School District is seeking a Manager, Facilities/Maintenance to oversee and review design drawings, specifications, and construction projects. You will inspect progress, report deficiencies, and maintain inspection checklists.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related degree or minimum five years in heavy commercial building supervision, construction management or operational management.
• Minimum of five years experience in construction, engineering, maintenance, facility planning and/or site acquisition.
• Minimum of three years supervisory experience in facility maintenance and construction.
• Valid Texas Driver's License.

Job Description

Prerequisites:

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related degree; or
• Minimum of five (5) years experience in heavy commercial building supervision, construction management, and/or operational management.
• Minimum of five (5) years experience in any of the following: construction, engineering, maintenance, facility planning and/or site acquisition,
• Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience in facility maintenance and construction
• Experience in HVAC systems, energy management, or public sector capital projects preferred
• Valid Texas Driver's License

Preferred:

• Architectural or Engineering License, registered in the State of Texas.
