Job summary

Lam Research is seeking a highly skilled communications professional to join Executive & Employee Technology Communications. This role supports C-suite leaders in planning, coordinating, and executing tier one speakerships and drives strategic communications for technical audiences across the organization.

You will advise senior executives, partner with technical leaders to craft speeches and messages, and design integrated strategies to position Lam8s executives as industry thought leaders

Qualifications

• Bachelor00s degree required.
• 80010 years of communications experience, ideally supporting technical executives and employee communications.
• Proven ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and presentation skills for technical content.
• Strong organizational and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience with executive visibility programs and employee engagement initiatives is highly desirable.

This role centers on supporting C-suite leaders in planning, coordinating, and executing tier one speakerships, while also driving strategic communications for technical audiences across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Executive Thought Leadership & Speakership Strategy: Advise and partner with senior executives to shape and execute a forward-looking speakership strategy that advances the organization’s technical vision and reputation; identify and prioritize high-impact external and internal speaking opportunities; develop executive messaging and content that resonates with diverse technical audiences.
