The Corporate Communications group is dedicated to bringing our brand to life on a global scale across our key audiences, both internally and externally, as well as ensuring that employees are engaged and informed so they can bring their best selves to work. In this role, you will report into the Executive and Employee Communications team and support colleagues across the entire Corporate Communications group.
You will be a core team member helping ensure successful execution of key corporate programs, initiatives, events, and campaigns. You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of corporate functions and regions and spend time working on some of the organization's most critical programs.
The Communications Specialist will support the Executive and Employee Communications team by managing operational processes that ensure timely and accurate delivery of communications. Your contributions will be pivotal to efficient and effective execution and continuous improvement that drive the organization forward. Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories - On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. 'On-site Flex' you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. 'Virtual Flex' you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
