A renowned sports organization seeks a Manager for Events & Activations in Kansas City. The role involves leading and managing both gameday and non-gameday events, ensuring seamless execution of large-scale activities. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in event planning, proven management abilities, and excellent communication skills. This full-time position offers a 40-hour work week and is eligible for company benefits, 401K, and PTO.

Competenze

• 5+ years of related experience in event planning and coordination.
• Proven management experience with workflows and staff.
• Ability to maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Experience executing multiple events simultaneously.
• Able to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Mansioni

• Lead and manage events for internal stakeholders.
• Assist in planning and executing gameday and non-gameday events.
• Manage calendar for Kauffman Stadium in Tripleseat.
• Support large-scale events and theme night execution.
• Ensure clear communication of event needs to departments.
