The P&W Earned Value Analysis and Reporting organization is looking for a self-motivated and disciplined individual to join the team as a Manager, Subcontractor Integration, serving as a subject matter expert in earned value management, project oversight, and subcontractor integration on the F135 and Military advanced engines programs. As an advanced independent contributor, this role manages moderately sized processes and project workstreams with minimal oversight, driving data integrity, process consistency, and continuous improvement. This role offers informal leadership opportunities, influencing team practices and operational decision-making while coaching and supporting lower-level team members. This position provides the candidate with a unique opportunity to work cross-functionally between the Subcontractor Program Management Teams, P&W Program Management, Engineering, and Government customers, and Subcontractor counterparts.
The ideal candidate for this role must be able to communicate effectively and coordinate across a broad team of individuals. Strict attention to detail and focus on internal and external customer satisfaction is required to ensure the team meets the aggressive demands of military compliance programs.

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
