Job summary

The Charles Schwab Corporation in Indianapolis is seeking a Team Manager for Estate Services to lead a 10–12 person team, coaching staff to deliver proactive client interactions and innovative service. Qualifications

• 1-2 years’ leadership or management experience preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership experience or capabilities in current role.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in finance, economics, business administration, or related area.
• Active FINRA Series 7, 63 and 9/10 or 24 licenses required.

As a Schwab Team Manager - Estate Services, you will be responsible for hiring, coaching, and developing a team of 10-12 Estates Professionals with a goal of creating outstanding client experiences. In addition to responsibility for all aspects of employee development and the full performance management process, your responsibilities include:

What you have

Required Qualifications:
