Job summary

The Charles Schwab Corporation in Indianapolis is seeking a Team Manager for Estate Services to lead a 10–12 person team, coaching staff to deliver proactive client interactions and innovative service. You will drive best practices in asset retention, client experience, and risk management, while aligning team goals with Schwab's strategic objectives.

This role emphasizes leadership, strategic planning, and cross‑functional collaboration in a fast‑paced financial services environment.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years’ leadership or management experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience or capabilities in current role.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in finance, economics, business administration, or related area.
  • Active FINRA Series 7, 63 and 9/10 or 24 licenses required.

Responsibilities

  • Coaching employees to excellence in delivering proactive, purpose-driven interactions with clients.
  • Achieve organizational goals in asset retention and growth by coaching employees to build relationships with clients.
  • Supporting the direction of the organization by participating in strategic planning sessions.

  • Delivering results that align with the organization’s objectives and balance operational excellence with client experience.

As a Schwab Team Manager - Estate Services, you will be responsible for hiring, coaching, and developing a team of 10-12 Estates Professionals with a goal of creating outstanding client experiences. In addition to responsibility for all aspects of employee development and the full performance management process, your responsibilities include:

  • Achieveorganizational goals in asset retention and growth by coaching employees to build relationships with clients

What you have

Required Qualifications:
