You will also prepare materials and training, support key topics such as climate and human rights risk, and monitor sector trends to drive continuous improvement.

Salary range for this position: $125,000 - $178,000/Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award.

What You Offer
  • Ideally 4–8 years of experience in environmental and social risk, ESG, or sustainability, ideally within a financial institution or external due diligence provider
  • Strong understanding of financial services products (e.g., asset management, business banking) and advisory, risk, and capital solutions across debt, equity, financial markets, and commodities
  • Relevant qualifications in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business, Law, Public Policy, Political Science, or a related field; experience in energy, mining, infrastructure, or commodities is a plus
  • Proven ability to conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis, with strong organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders; Spanish and/or Portuguese proficiency is a plus
