Goosehead Insurance is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to mentor, coach, and motivate our sales team to achieve and exceed targets. You will lead sales practices and drive revenue within a fast-paced call center and personal lines insurance environment.

The role requires a proven track record in B2B or B2C sales, exceptional communication, and the ability to collaborate across teams while maintaining a focus on results and high performance.

Competenze

• 5+ years in management, call center, or personal lines insurance.
• Passing the state licensing exam, once hired.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong communication and ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in B2B or B2C sales is preferred.
