Fordham University is seeking a Manager for Enterprise Process and Content Services to lead the design, development, and rollout of technology solutions across the university. The role reports to the Director of Application Services and focuses on improving constituent experiences, reducing manual overhead, and aligning implementations with Jesuit education goals.

• Reporting to the Director of Application Services, the Manager of Enterprise Process and Content Services ensures the design, development, and rollout of technological solutions.
• The Manager is responsible for setting goals and priorities for the team, ensuring delivery of solutions that result in an improved experience for constituents, as well as mitigating manual overhead.
• They design and develop solutions that streamline, automate, and improve business operations and are the primary administrators of several content and automation software applications.
• This position may require occasional evening, weekend, and holiday hours.
