Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or closely related field and 8+ years of experience OR Master’s degree with 6+ years of experience.
  • Active DoD Secret security clearance required at time of application.
  • RF system design experience and ability to work in an RF lab environment.
  • Experience with RF test equipment and measurements (noise figure, phase noise).
  • Experience with MBSE and system-level engineering processes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a functional team of RF/electronics engineers.
  • Own cost, schedule and technical performance for radar work packages.
  • Drive design, integration and testing of SDA radar subsystems.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to meet requirements.
  • Support SRR, PDR and CDR activities and ensure dual-use compliance.
