Description
As the EPM Manager for App Developer Programs and Tools, you will lead a team of talented program managers driving software projects supporting app developers, as well as internal tools projects critical for the functioning of the App Store ecosystem. You will lead planning and execution of product and technology roadmaps. You will invest in the development of your team through hiring, coaching, and inspiring them to do their best work. You will partner with leaders across the organization to drive effective decision making and facilitate process improvements year over year.

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $173,100 and $301,400, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
