the company Identity Governance (OIG) organization is looking for a Software Engineer Manager to join our team — OIG is the company’s Identity Governance and Administration solution that is directly responsible for one of the most critical and visible workflows in enterprise identity: how employees request, approve, and gain access to the resources they need.

As a Software Engineer Manager on the OIG team, you will lead a team of elite engineers, grow the team, and drive impact and customer

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in developing enterprise cloud software development.
• 3+ years of hands-on technical management experience.
• Experience working with product & program managers to align on objectives, priorities, trade-offs and risk.
• Experience in handling support tickets, bug fixes & enhancement work in a large enterprise application.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for technical discussions.
• Ability to work effectively with distributed teams and people of various backgrounds.
• Lead, recruit, mentor and retain engineers.

Opportunity

As a Software Engineer Manager on the OIG team, you will manage the team that is responsible for designing and building Identity Governance product features — spanning the across different access governance personas. You will lead a team of elite engineers, grow the team, and drive impact and customer satisfaction. You will drive engineering best practices, productivity enhancement, and make our elite engineering team shine. You will also work collaboratively across engineering, product, and design to deliver features that are secure, scalable, and delightful to use.

Job Duties And Responsibilities

Below is the annual base salary range for candidates located in San Francisco Bay Area. Your actual base salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location. In addition, the company offers equity (where applicable), bonus, and benefits, including health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), flexible spending account, and paid leave (including PTO and parental leave) in accordance with our applicable plans and policies. The annual base salary range for this position for candidates located in the San Francisco Bay area is between:

$204,000—$280,500 USD
