The “Identity and Access Management” group -IAM- is responsible for the authentication and authorization of human and system users across our platform. These teams together ensure that all users can securely and seamlessly access the necessary resources while maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of our systems.
Given the critical nature of these functions, the group operates with a paramount focus on reliability. Even minor disruptions to authentication or authorisation processes can have significant impacts on our normal operations. Therefore, the team is dedicated to building and maintaining robust, highly available, and fault-tolerant systems.
As a Team Lead within the Identity and Access Management group, you will bear technical responsibility for these vital systems. You will work in close collaboration with the other two teams in IAM, but also with other product teams and a diverse range of stakeholders across the company, ensuring that our solutions not only meet technical excellence but also align with broader business objectives and user needs.
The annual base salary range for this role is $198,000 - $293,000. Compensation is based on factors including qualifications, experience, and location. Total compensation package includes equity (RSUs), 401(k), health, dental, vision, and more.
This role is based in our San Francisco office. We're an office-first company and expect employees to work in-office at least 3 days a week on average.
