The Manager, Energy Systems Operations provides overall management of Energy Management and Controls System (EMCS), Lighting Controls, and Utility Metering systems. Responsibilities include project development and management, designing projects, writing specifications, preparing construction documents, managing external contractors, supervising EMCS technicians, and identifying, documenting, and justifying energy conservation and efficiency opportunities across campus.
Associate’s degree in HVAC Systems Technology, Electronics, Controls, or a related building HVAC systems field.
Minimum of five years’ experience in the design and installation of HVAC‑EMS systems, including project and personnel management. Experience in energy management.
Valid Driver’s License.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction, or a technical related field.
Experience with Niagara/Tridium, BACnet & Siemens systems; lighting controls and utility metering systems; integration of these systems; EnergyCAP software.
