Job Summary

The Manager of Electrical Engineering oversees electrical engineering functions, ensuring high-quality designs and execution. Responsibilities include developing engineering designs up to 30% completion, acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in electrical engineering and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), and supporting procurement and construction teams. The role involves coordinating with third-party contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and operation.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from an ABET-accredited university
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in the renewable energy sector
  • Professional Engineer (P.E.) license preferred
  • Experience with MS Office, AutoCAD or equivalent design software, ETAP or similar power system tools
