Job summary

Baltimore City Public Schools seeks a Manager for Dual Enrollment & Graduation to coordinate districtwide graduation, OTG supports, and related readiness initiatives across secondary schools. Qualifications

Job description

The Manager - Dual Enrollment & Graduation provides districtwide coordination and implementation support for centralized graduation, dual enrollment and on-track to graduation initiatives, with a specific focus on 10th Grade On Track to Graduation (OTG) supports. This role ensures alignment of student monitoring systems, promotion strategies, and graduation readiness efforts across secondary schools. This position is part of a strategic restructuring to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs, while preserving essential functions and aligning responsibilities to existing role expectations.

Essential Functions
Centralized Graduation & OTG Coordination
  • Provides coordination and implementation support for districtwide graduation tracking systems to ensure accurate monitoring of student progress.
  • Leads and supports targeted interventions and school-based strategies to address barriers, promote on-track progression, and ensure consistent application of graduation requirements and policies across all secondary schools.
  • Supports districtwide implementation of centralized graduation tracking systems.
  • Coordinates interventions for off-track and near-graduation students.
  • Assists schools in identifying barriers to promotion and graduation.
  • Ensures consistent application of graduation requirements and policies.
Student Monitoring & Data Support
  • Supports the development and maintenance of data systems, dashboards, and early warning indicators to monitor student progress and inform decision-making.
  • Analyzes and communicates data insights to leadership and school teams through timely updates and actionable reports to drive student success.
  • Collaborates with data teams to maintain dashboards and early warning indicators.
  • Monitors student progress and provides updates to leadership.
  • Supports development of actionable reports for schools.
Secondary School Support & Implementation
  • Provides direct, hands-on support to schools to effectively implement graduation strategies and improve student outcomes. Coordinates key initiatives related to promotion, credit recovery, and readiness while ensuring clear and consistent communication between central office and school teams.

Maximum Salary 167185.00

Minimum Salary 94030.00

Desired Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required; Master's degree preferred in education, educational leadership, public administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in secondary education, postsecondary access, college and career readiness, or graduation support systems.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex initiatives across multiple schools or departments.
  • Strong knowledge of graduation requirements, on-track indicators, dual enrollment models, and postsecondary transition practices.
  • Proven ability to analyze data, monitor outcomes, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
