Job summary

Tharp Consulting is seeking a District Manager to oversee Food & Beverage Operations across multiple units. You will lead regional teams to ensure exceptional service, safety, and financial results while managing P&L, budgeting, and labor efficiency.

You will drive food safety and regulatory compliance, strengthen client relationships across education, healthcare, sports, and business, and coach leaders to foster a high-performance culture, promoting inclusive ethics and continuous improvement.
