Manager Digital Surgery Platform Operations

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Manager for the Digital Surgery Platform (DSP) Operations team, based in Raritan, NJ, or remotely within the US.

DSP is a technology platform that supports J&J MedTech digital solutions across various businesses by connecting medical devices to a secure cloud for data insights and connectivity. The Operations Manager will oversee the support and daily operations of this platform.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in cloud-based IT operations, service management, and compliance with standards such as ISO27001 and HITRUST.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Leading the support team in managing Service Requests and Incidents, including Azure and compliance activities like security alerts and access reporting.
• Collaborating with the Operations Director to improve processes and reporting, providing data-driven insights.
• Ensuring operations comply with standards like GxP, HITRUST, GDPR, and ISO27001, working with privacy and security teams.
• Maintaining and enhancing the knowledge base and partnering with engineering for infrastructure as code initiatives.
• Leading Agile practices within the Operations team.

Qualifications:

Required:

• At least 5 years of experience in IT or related fields, focusing on Support or Operations.
• Experience with Azure cloud services is essential.

Preferred:

• Experience with ServiceNow or similar platforms.
• Proven success in supporting cloud-based environments.
• Experience in healthcare or regulated industries.
• People management experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
