Job summary

Kearney’s Digital & Analytics practice seeks a Manager to lead Supply Chain Design & Optimization in the Digital Operations team. You will guide global clients through data-driven redesigns, leveraging optimization, simulation and data science to create measurable value across source, plan, make and deliver.

The role requires 8+ years in consulting or analytics, a Master’s degree (MBA preferred), and hands-on experience with Coupa, AIMMS, Gurobi, AnyLogic, Tableau, Python, R and SQL.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in consulting or data science/analytics roles with management consulting experience.
• Deep end-to-end supply chain process knowledge across source, plan, make, deliver.
• Hands-on with data science, optimization, simulation and visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply chain design & optimization projects using optimization tools to design resilient networks.
• Oversee delivery quality, manage workstreams, and foster trusted advisor relationships with clients.
• Translate executive priorities into analytical models and digital tools for decision-making across functions.
• Work with large datasets and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, JDA) to enable digital transformation in operations.
• Coach and mentor junior consultants and contribute to growing digital operations capabilities.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop client proposals and shape proprietary offerings.
• Drive innovation by developing new IP and reusable assets in optimization, simulation, ML/AI, and digital twin tech.
